Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), is a deliberate business tool to enhance Industrial Competitiveness. Every idea or start-up would need information, facilities, and capabilities to protect IPs thus created.
Under CIPD, to promote the creation of Intellectual property, an Intellectual Property Facilitation Cell (IPFC), has been set up that will provide general advisory about IPRs, such as patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights and Services such as IP Protection, IP Awareness & Training, and Counselling & Advisory Services.
